Mereoleona Vermillion is a tyrant.

That much has been always clear in their relationship, ever since the first years: the redhead would always drag her brother and Katya around in her adventures - that's what the heiress called them, but Katya can't remember one time where she followed her friend's lead and it didn't end up in a mess (generally for Katya herself and Fuegoleon).

Once Mereoleona has her paws on you, there's no escaping. 

Such a fact is still true, even after decades of not seeing each-other.

That's why Katya ends up following her once again, with a plan that could probably be a major annoyance to the blonde: 'join me in the Royal Knights', Mereoleona had said after hunting her down, and at that point there was already no room for debate.

Even now that she's met with the ridiculous sight of Mereoleona holding five people up by their heads with her flaming paws, she can't really regret putting up with those antics.

"Katya! Open up a portal to the Hot Springs!" the Vermillion orders then, earning a fakely-annoyed side glance.

A scoff leaves her red lips. "So demanding. Do I look like a servant of yours?" Snapping her fingers, she opens up a portal nonetheless. A smirk soon follows that sentence, a playful glint in heterocromatic eyes. "Remember to reward me for my good work though, or I'll portal your sorry ass into the ocean next."

Mereoleona barks a laugh at that, replying with a smirk in kind. "The Hot Springs will be enough of a reward, given that you mange to get there."

"Ho? Is that a challenge?" 

It is, It always is.

So much for a peaceful reunion - but then again, when had they ever been peaceful?
